3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Limited to 5 opportunities per month with basic features.

4.2 Pro Tier

$29/month subscription includes:

  • Unlimited opportunities access
  • AI-powered personalized recommendations
  • Resume optimizer and career tools
  • Advanced analytics and insights
  • Priority support

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
  • No refunds for partial months after the 14-day window

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or spam
  • Scrape or copy our data without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform are owned by Opportunity Intelligence Hub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services (Stripe for payments, AWS for storage, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

8. Disclaimers

Our platform is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific income results from opportunities
  • Accuracy or completeness of opportunity information
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That opportunities will meet your expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opportunity Intelligence Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
