14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with Opportunity Intelligence Hub. If you are not happy with your Pro subscription, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This is your first subscription to our Pro tier
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- You have not engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- More than 14 days have passed since your initial purchase
- You are requesting a refund for a renewal payment
- You have previously received a refund for a Pro subscription
- You have violated our Terms of Service
- You are requesting a partial month refund after the 14-day window
Add-On Purchases
One-time add-on purchases (Resume Review, Career Coaching, etc.) are eligible for refunds within 7 days of purchase if:
- The service has not been delivered or used
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
Once a service has been delivered or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at [email protected]
- Include your account email and reason for refund request
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- You will automatically revert to the Free tier
- Your saved data and preferences will be preserved
Free Tier
The Free tier does not involve any payments and therefore refunds do not apply. You may delete your account at any time.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Multiple refund requests (refund abuse)
- Violations of our Terms of Service
- Technical issues on your end (device, browser, internet connection)
